The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) has issued a third Request for Information (RFI)pdf focused on the agency’s conduct of enforcement proceedings. The CFPB has already issued a RFI on civil investigative demands (CIDs)pdf and administration adjudicationspdf. The RFIs are to help the new Acting Director and staff to assess overall efficiency and effectivness of agency operations. Links to comments and the due dates are as follows:

1. Civil investigative demands (CIDs) - due March 27, 2018
2. Administration adjudications - due April 6, 2018
3. Enforcement proceedings - due April 13, 2018

NAR will be submitting comments on the RFIs and encourage feedback from members wishing to weigh in on this important issue anonymously.
