This webinar is designed for residential as well as new Commercial Real Estate (CRE) agents interested in learning the calculations and formulas that investors and brokers use when locating and underwriting commercial/residential investment properties.

In the first webinar, you learned how to understand and calculate terms such as: GRM, Cap Rate, ROI, ROE, expense and vacancy factors, get scripts, and most importantly how to use them.

In this webinar, you will discover how to determine what is a good Cap Rate (or not good), how is it calculated and used in relation to value, what opportunities and factors investors use when identifying a good deal, as well as how the four ways to determine value and how to determine value using the Income Approach.

You will have the opportunity to participate in exercises, calculations, and formulas that will become the baseline for your commercial/residential investment valuation process.
