How Does the Ad Campaign Benefit REALTORS®?

REALTORS® fund the consumer ad campaign with an annual special assessment, which provides incredible value to every member. The campaign delivers to a national audience to showcase and differentiate the REALTOR® brand, while driving home the value of working with a real estate professional and property ownership. In 2024 the ad campaign will:

  • Demonstrate the value and expertise of a REALTOR® in helping consumers navigate the risks, pitfalls, and complexities of buying or selling a home or property.
  • Reinforce the commitment and consumer-first approach of REALTORS®.
  • Contextualize the distinction between REALTORS® and other real estate professionals, through REALTOR® expertise, the REALTOR® Code of Ethics, and access to specialty education, data and tools.
