WASHINGTON (October 31, 2025) – Today, Shannon McGahn, NAR executive vice president and chief advocacy officer, released the following on the Senate confirmation hearing of Francis "Frank" Cassidy as Assistant Secretary of Housing and FHA Commissioner:
