Uncommon New York orchestrated just such a production recently for the National Association of REALTORS®, a client it brought on last year. Breaking Thursday, the impressive finished spot—directed by Frédéric Planchon of Anonymous Content—tells the two-minute-plus story of a couple who find their dream home and grow old in it, experiencing life’s ups and downs over the course of many decades.
Except, that isn't the whole story. The piece takes a left turn at the end that allows the NAR to land its key message: that you shouldn't tackle the home-buying process alone, without a REALTOR® to guide you. Because sometimes, what you think is your dream home might not be.
The spot carries the "Right by You" line that Uncommon introduced for the organization in March.
