Realtors Property Resource® (RPR), the nation’s largest property database and the National Association of REALTORS®’ member-exclusive analytics platform, was recognized by market intelligence company PropTech Breakthrough as a PropTech Breakthrough Awards winner on Thursday.

Specifically, RPR won in the Real Estate Analytics Platform of the Year category, which honors platforms transforming data, analytics and emerging technology into actionable insights. This is the sixth year of the awards program.

“We’re honored to be recognized as Real Estate Analytics Platform of the Year,” said Jeff Young, CEO of Realtors Property Resource®. “Our members are at the center of how we innovate at RPR®. Their needs shape how we evolve the platform and what we prioritize, ensuring new technology translates into practical tools that make their work more efficient and help them better serve their clients. We’re proud of what we’ve built alongside them and excited to keep building on that work.”

With RPR, NAR members have data on more than 166 million residential and commercial properties (about 99% of all U.S. properties) at their fingertips. Its platform enables agents to customize, market and prepare AI-powered CMAs, market reports, social graphics and more on the go.

In 2026, the company added editable comp search criteria to allow REALTORS® the ability to adjust search parameters and property facts, with AI automatically rescoring comps. The feature, driven by REALTOR® member feedback, ensures comps are scored properly. PropTech Breakthrough’s Managing Director Bryan Vauhn said RPR stood out among the competition because it pairs robust data with AI that “keeps the professional in charge of the answer.”

The platform is also a popular NAR benefit. In 2025, 540,000 unique users conducted about 18.4 million engaged sessions on the platform; and more than 10,400 brokerages, representing more than a quarter of a million agents, enrolled in the company’s broker tools network.
