Both the Senate and House are in session this week. 

The Senate Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs Committee will vote on the nomination of Pamela Patenaude to be Deputy Secretary of HUD.

On June 2, NAR submitted a letter to strongly supporting Patenaude’s nomination. 

The Senate Small Business and Entrepreneurship Committee will hold a hearing on "Tax Reform: Removing Barriers to Small Business Growth".

In the House, the Judiciary Subcommittee on Constitution and Civil Justice will hold a hearing on the "Lawsuit Abuse/Telephone Consumer Protection Act".
