Since 2008, REALTOR® Magazine's "30 Under 30" judges have selected 50 finalists – then we put the candidates to a vote.
For one week, typically during March, our readers have their say in selecting a Web Choice Award winner. In 2011, a total of 642,459 votes were cast in the Web Choice Award poll. While the judges do take the voting into consideration, it is not a determining factor for selecting the 30 Under 30 honorees. The Web Choice is a separate honor that's bestowed upon the highest vote-getter. The award also spotlights and celebrates the exceptional 50 real estate professionals who make it to the finalist stage as candidates for 30 Under 30.
