Inventory Drops at Year End

The March-April 2020 Market Pulse offers a glimpse at the current state of the housing market.

Housing supply at the end of 2019 totaled 1.40 million units, down 8.5% from December 2018. At the current sales pace, unsold inventory sits at a 3-month supply, down from the 3.7-month figure a year ago.
