Minneapolis broker Paul Ekstrom and Greenwood, Colo., broker Natalie Davis talk about the steps they’ve taken to build a safe space for honest conversations in their companies. Plus, what grade does the industry deserve for its DEI efforts?

As a Colorado REALTOR®, national speaker, and business success coach, Natalie Davis is committed to inspiring real estate professionals, companies, and organizations to excel to be intentional industry thought leaders. With a passion to lead and serve, Natalie has led as the 2016 chair for the Fort Collins Board of REALTORS®, served as the interim CEO for the Fort Collins Board of REALTORS®, and served as a Board of Director for the Colorado Association of REALTORS® and on various committees for the National Association of REALTORS®. Natalie is also the immediate past chair of the Colorado Association of REALTORS® Inclusion & Diversity Committee. In 2022, she is serving as the federal political coordinator for Jason Crow (CO6), the member services liaison for the National Association of REALTORS®, NAR director, and as the chair-elect for the Colorado Association of REALTORS®.

Paul Ekstrom is the broker and owner of Realty ONE Group Choice, a franchise of Realty ONE Group. Realty ONE Group Choice started with one office and six agents just 3 ½ years ago to two offices and 100+ agents today. Paul is on the board of directors for the regional MLS and the MPLS Area REALTORS® Association. Giving back to the community, leading by example, and commitment to his agents and staff growth is what drives Paul.
