T. Dylan Jones lived in 25 different houses growing up (his mom's in real estate) and learned a lot about design and construction along the way. When he graduated with a business degree from the College of Charleston, Jones went to work for an area developer, selling more than 100 residential lots and 75 homes in four years. At William Means, he's a top seller, earning a 2009 Realtor® of Distinction award from his local association, despite overcoming a traumatic burn injury that kept him out of the office for four months. In the next five years, Jones sees himself managing several locations.
On Land, In Air, By Sea
Jones is a licensed residential builder responsible for several homes and infrastructure improvements in Charleston, but his activities aren't confined to land. He's actively involved in the sailing community and has been involved a variety of sailing-related community programs, including sailing for abused children and fundraisers for the Leukemia and Lymphoma society. Jones is also a student pilot and former chef.

Keep on learning, no matter what. "I've been successful because I've learned how to keep my head up, how to keep working hard, and how to stay positive, even when things are tough," he says.
