I put purchasing a home right alongside graduating, getting married, and retiring. This is a big deal and the largest investment and purchase a family will make. I do not have a price point or specific demographic niche that I focus my attention on. I strive to work with buyers at any life stage. But I know that if I take care of firsttime home buyers, I will have the opportunity to help them purchase their “long-term” home and, from there, possibly a vacation home. I follow up with clients 12 times, personally, within the first year of closing to make sure everything is going well and to see if I can be of any assistance.
