Constant education is one of my core beliefs. We are always learning in the office, in addition to continuing education classes. We have regular lunch-and-learn meetings where we discuss best industry practices on how to work with other agents, keep deals together, and follow up with buyers and sellers. We also have weekly sales meetings where we learn about law changes and MLS rules. Our agents are constantly learning from each other through conversation and sharing experiences. Also, having recently obtained my Certified Residential Specialist accreditation, I strongly believe in the classes and community that CRS offers.
