My best method for effectively targeting new clients is using LinkedIn and Facebook. I will pick out influential people from my network and carefully look through their contacts to find people who can be incredible referral sources (developers, wedding planners, divorce attorneys) and I strategically ask for introductions or set up meetings. In this manner, I have the chance to get to know them in a friendly, enjoyable environment where relationships can form organically.
