Springing Into Action
Growing up, Lauren Rogers, 29, was an all-star cheerleader who specialized in tumbling, jumping, and stunting. And while she can still throw a backhand spring, today she’s focused on jumping through hoops to satisfy the luxury and waterfront sellers she works with around Williamsburg, Va. “I aspire to give five-star service to all my clients,” Lauren says. “Sometimes that means putting on flip-flops and going to paint a wall with my assistant,” and other times it means she gets to put her personal touch on a house by staging it with her private (and rapidly growing) collection of furniture and decor from HomeGoods. In March, Lauren and her husband welcomed a baby girl, Reese, into the family. At 5 weeks old, Reese began making contact-free trips with Rogers to pick up lock boxes. “I’ve been joking that her first word will be ‘home’ or ‘house.’ ”
