My brothers and I are the youngest brokerage owners in our area. We have grown in sales, listings, and agents by over 300 percent in the past two years. We have not done any recruiting. Every agent on our roster has walked into our office on his or her own accord. They see the personal growth our agents have had and want to be a part of that. We were not given a binder with step-by-step instructions on how to start a real estate company. We learn every day by reading, accepting feedback, and asking questions. As I help manage our office, I am filled with pride that we are building a business and a family simultaneously.
