Her Personal Code
After college, Judi Gabler worked for a management and development company for independent living communities, where she was asked to get her real estate license to help with sales. At the time, she viewed it as just a job requirement. It turned out to be the ticket to her dream career. An avowed “people pleaser,” Gabler, 29, loves making connections enhanced by technology. “I like taking the stress out of this process for people,” she says. Gabler took computer science classes and learned how to code, which helped her build a dynamic website that keeps clients engaged online throughout the buying process. While her tech savvy is a selling point, Gabler and her team keep it personal with surprise client stopovers to drop off small gifts, such as inflatable guitars that say, “Your referrals rock!”
