“My dad’s best friend, Frank Napoli Sr., was in the real estate business; I always admired his ability to engage with strangers. I shadowed Frank as much as I could and very quickly fell in love with the business. At 16, I took a full-time position at my father’s construction company as a site supervisor, which I held until I obtained my real estate license [at 18]. I knew my age was going to be an obstacle in my career and I loved the challenge. It motivated me to be confident, know more than my competition, and exceed expectations.”
