“I am most proud of three ‘big time’ career events: brokering a transaction on A&E’s ‘Flip This House’when I was 19 years old, representing a Grammy Award winner at age 25, and negotiating with movie-industry power broker Tyler Perry at the age of 26 on the purchase of a 55-acre estate outside of Atlanta. I am a true believer that age is only a state of mind. Now at age 27, I oversee the sales and marketing of five different real estate funds with an estimated market value of $37 million. Additionally, I am broker-in-charge of Serrus Real Estate and Property Management, which handles the day-to-day management of 201 single-family residential properties in two states.”
