Since age 7, Caitlin Dennis has been performing as a member of the Badgerland professional water skiing team. “The sport is amazing because it makes you step outside your comfort zone on and off the water.” Dennis, 29, learned to stand strong physically and mentally, taking on endeavors she didn’t think possible. Overcoming her fear of heights, she became one of the first people in the world, at age 10, to make it to the top of a five-level human pyramid and back down while on the water. She compares that monumental feat to her success in helping clients navigate the tight inventory market outside Milwaukee. She showed one young couple 93 homes over six months. “I wrote 10 offers over asking price. They eventually got a home,” she says. “At the end of it, they gave me the closing gift”—a $100 restaurant gift card.
