Plumlee v. Kent Keahey d/b/a Keahey Realty: Court Affirms Arbitration Award

An Arkansas court has affirmed an arbitration award resulting from an arbitration proceeding conducted by the Arkansas Association of REALTORS® ("Association").

Nedra Plumlee and Nancy Chandler ("Prevailing Party") were awarded $18,500 in an arbitration proceeding conducted by the Association on April 13, 2004. The award was later affirmed by the Association's Procedural Review Tribunal on July 28, 2004. The Prevailing Party sought judicial confirmation of the arbitration award, and, on February 7, 2004, the Circuit Court of Garland County entered an order confirming the full amount of the award plus costs and interest.
