John Wallace PhD, CAE holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior and Leadership. He has been involved with the REALTOR® family since 1985. He served as the AE of a large local association, as well as the Washington Association of REALTORS® before moving home to North Carolina, where he was an Adjunct Professor of Organizational Behavior and Business at North Carolina Wesleyan College and Central Michigan University, and a principal in a consulting firm focused on trade and professional associations. He is currently the CEO of the Oregon Association of REALTORS®, having returned to the Northwest in 2010.
