Gregory J. Hrabcak (CCIM, C2EX), a REALTOR® from Westerville, Ohio, is in his second year as Treasurer for the National Association of REALTORS®.
Gregory has been a REALTOR® for over 39 years. He is a commercial specialist with Hanna Commercial Real Estate, where he heads the Central Ohio company’s commercial and property management divisions.
Gregory has served NAR in numerous capacities for over 16 years. He was Regional Vice President for Region 6 (Ohio and Michigan) in 2020, and has been a member of the NAR Finance Committee since 2015. Gregory serves as NAR’s Federal Political Coordinator for Congressman Troy Balderson (OH-12th district).
Gregory has also been active at the state and local levels. In 2015, he served as the President of the Ohio Association of REALTORS®. And he served as the 100th President of the Columbus Board of REALTORS® in 2008.
Gregory is a past President of the Columbus, Commercial, Industrial & Investment REALTORS® (1993), the Ohio Business Brokers Association (1992), and the Columbus Real Estate Exchangers (1994).
Gregory has earned many accolades during his career. In 2012, he was named the Columbus Board of REALTORS® Salesperson of the Year. He earned the 2013 Columbus Board of REALTORS®/Business First “Largest Multi-Family Transaction Award.” Most recently, Gregory received the National Association of REALTORS®’ National Commercial Award in 2021. This is his second time receiving the honor. He first earned this award in 2013.
