Many REALTORS® contact the National Association looking for real estate forms.
Forms are state specific because real estate laws vary significantly from state to state. Therefore, forms are usually provided by your state and/or local association of REALTORS®.
Since 2016, NAR has provided a comprehensive transaction management platform as a valuable member benefit to REALTORS® nationwide through Transactions (zipForm Edition).

Real Estate Business Letter Templates
- These form-letter templates are a member benefit maintained by NAR's Library & Archives and can be used for prospecting or to announce new business ventures.
Code of Ethics & Arbitration Manual
- These forms are part of the annually-updated Code of Ethics & Arbitration Manual and can be used by associations in matters of ethics, arbitration, and mediation.
