Erez is a real estate investor, author, and entrepreneur. He co-founded Urbium Property Group and has been involved in over 12 million square feet of real estate construction with a value of over $3.5 billion. Erez is a board member of the Urban Land Institute, where he was awarded a Rising Star. He graduated summa cum laude from Manhattan College and received his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania where he was a Bucksbaum Fellow.
