Following the Nov. 17 Board of Directors meeting at NAR NXT, The REALTOR® Experience in Houston, the National Association of REALTORS®’ Delegate Body approved a constitutional amendment requiring that no fewer than 10% of the Executive Committee be REALTORS® whose primary focus is commercial real estate, as previously approved by the Board of Directors in November 2024. (All changes to the NAR Constitution and Bylaws must be noticed to and approved by the Delegate Body.) 

The change serves the commercial pillar of NAR’s strategic plan and ensures inclusivity for an important segment of the membership.
