Foot traffic can provide great insight into the direction of future home sales. SentriLock, LLC. provides NAR Research with monthly data on the number of showings.
The 12-month spread in foot traffic in the area covered by the Outer Banks Association of REALTORS® (North Carolina) flip-flopped between February and March.
Foot traffic grew sharply between February and March, but trailed last year’s tax-induced level of traffic.
