Agent Skills and Qualities Considered Very Important

  • When picking a real estate agent, recent home buyers value an agent’s honesty and integrity more than all other skills and qualities—98 percent of recent buyers found honesty and integrity very important.
  • More than 9 in 10 buyers also placed high importance on an agent’s responsiveness, knowledge of the purchase process, and knowledge or the real estate market.
  • The majority of recent buyers are happy with their experience working with their agent, thus 89 percent of recent buyers would use their agent again or refer the agent to others.
