Jessica Lautz is the Vice President of Demographics and Behavioral Insights at the National Association of REALTORS®. Jessica started at NAR in 2007. The core of her research focuses on demographic trends for both NAR members and housing consumers. Jessica discusses the results of these studies in major media outlets and international presentations.
Jessica graduated from the American University Master’s of Public Policy Program and has undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Law and Justice from Central Washington University. She is pursuing her Doctorate of Real Estate from Nottingham Trent University. Her thesis is: "Is the Dream Still Alive? Tracking Homeownership Amid Changing Economic and Demographic Conditions".
