Beth L. Peerce

Beth L. Peerce, a REALTOR® for more than 35 years, in Beverly Hills, Calif., served as Regional Vice President for the National Association of REALTORS® in 2018. She served as Vice President of Association Affairs for the Association in 2017.

Peerce is the Broker/Owner of Prime Time Properties in Century City, Calif., a firm specializing in residential real estate.

At the national level, she served as vice president in 2014, and has been a member of NAR’s Board of Directors since 2000. In addition, she has been a member of the Executive Committee since 2009. In 2013, she served as Liaison to NAR’s Second Century Ventures and Special Projects. 

Peerce has been actively involved at the state level. The California Association of REALTORS® named Peerce their president in 2011. She served as their treasurer in 2008 and 2009. She has served as chair or vice chair of numerous committees and has been a member of the Board of Directors since 1982. In recognition of her commitment to the industry, she was elected Honorary Director for Life in 2006 and REALTOR® of the Year from California in 2012.

She is a member of the Southland Regional Association of REALTORS®, of which she was president and was a long-standing member of their Foundation Board and Finance committees.

Peerce began her real estate career in 1976 and is a second-generation REALTOR®. She is a graduate of Boston University. Peerce and her husband Larry enjoy spending time with their many children and grandchildren.
