The Communication Directors Institute (CDI) will provide REALTOR® organization communication directors information, skills building and resources to enhance member and consumer communications. The 2023 CDI will take place July 12–14, in Denver, Colorado.
The Association Diversity Workgroup of the Association Executives Committee identified suggested hiring best practices local associations can use as guidance when recruiting a diverse association staff. Use these resources as guidance for the inclusion of diversity in AE recruitment efforts.
