NAR has received a number of inquiries arising from a blog posting about the federal Fair Housing Act lawsuit brought against Jeff Launiere, a licensee in Clearwater, Fla.

Mr. Launiere’s posts have raised an alarm among real estate professionals that they could potentially be liable for the content provided by other MLS participants' listings when it appears on the real estate professional’s website through an Internet Data Exchange (IDX) feed.
