Nominations for the National Commercial Awards will reopen in 2026!

Since 2006, NAR has recognized more than 750 commercial members with the annual National Commercial Award. This program honors REALTORS® who received an award or recognition for their exceptional service and contributions to the commercial real estate industry. Nominees are considered based on an award or recognition from one of the following:

Local/State REALTOR® Association
NAR affiliated Institute, Society or Council
Community organization
Real estate company
Industry Publication

Nomination Procedure

Nomination forms are submitted online. Nominees must be a REALTOR® member; Institute Affiliate Members are not eligible. Nominations must be submitted by REALTOR® Association Staff. Only one submission per REALTOR® Association will be accepted. Nominations will reopen in 2026.
