Strategic Plan 2026 Update
NAR launched our 2026-2028 Strategic Plan this quarter, and this has been a plan built for execution from the moment it was unanimously approved by the Executive Committee. We also committed to sharing with our members every quarter a transparent look at our progress: what’s being delivered, what’s in the works, and most importantly, how members can actually see and feel this in their day-to-day work. Tangible benefits are paramount to rebuilding trust.
First Quarter Progress
In the first quarter of implementation, NAR staff and members collaborated to initiate almost two-thirds of the plan’s projects. This work is not possible without member involvement. Staff and members work side by side on every project, with committees and other groups regularly sharing their insights and feedback. That way, everything we deliver truly meets members’ real, day-to-day needs.
