NAR is proud to preview the latest progress in the renovation of the NAR occupied floors of the Washington, D.C. building.

NAR is proud to preview the latest progress in the renovation of the NAR occupied floors of the Washington, D.C. building.

The project began in Summer 2021 with the 8th floor and will continue upward floor by floor until early 2023. The 8th floor will include a comfortable employee lounge, huddle and team rooms, and all-glass office partitions to alow maximum views and light for all occupants.

In addition to reconfiguring the floorplate of each floor, this marks the first time the NAR premises at the D.C. building have been updated with a new standard for finish and color schemes since the original space was delivered with the building in 2004. The project will include needed improvements to energy-efficient lighting, better and cleaner delivery of conditioned air, and updated facilities that address modern social expectations. And, all of the NAR floors are being designed with the goal of obtaining a WELL v2 certification.
