Tiffanie Mai-Ganske (AHWD, C2EX, CRS, GRI), a REALTOR® with over 20 years in the industry, is the National Association of REALTORS® 2024 Law & Policy Liaison. She leads the successful Mai Team at RE/MAX Country Real Estate in Pocatello, Idaho.
Tiffanie has made a significant impact within the real estate industry at the local, state, and national levels, consistently upholding high ethical standards. Her dedicated service to the Idaho REALTORS® spans two decades, where she has been part of the leadership team for many years and served as President in 2015.
At the national level, Tiffanie represented Region 12 as NAR’s Regional Vice President in 2021, serving Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, and Washington. She graduated from NAR’s Leadership Academy in 2015.
Tiffanie is passionate about supporting her fellow practitioners, helping individuals achieve homeownership, and giving back to the community. Among her numerous accolades, she was honored as the Idaho REALTOR® of the Year in 2012 and received the REALTOR® of the Year award from the Greater Pocatello Association in both 2006 and 2012. She was also recognized as one of RISMedia's “2020 Real Estate Newsmakers” for her pivotal role in creating NAR's successful "That's Who We R'' consumer awareness campaign.
Tiffanie holds a bachelor's degree in corporate training with a specialization in real estate from Idaho State University. She enjoys travel, camping, fishing, and diving in her free time. Tiffanie and her husband, Gunner, share a passion for the underwater world, including photography and instructing scuba diving.
