Key Findings

  • Technology is delivering value to clients. Forty percent of REALTORS® said their clients responded very positively to the use of technology throughout the home buying and selling process.
  • Saving time remains the primary reason for adopting new technology. Eighty-one percent of REALTORS® reported embracing new technology primarily to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Artificial intelligence use continues to grow. Twenty-three percent of REALTORS® reported using AI tools daily in their business activities.
  • Most REALTORS® see a positive business impact from AI. Fifty-five percent of respondents said AI has had a positive effect on their real estate business.
  • AI is most commonly used for content creation. The top AI use case among REALTORS® is writing listing descriptions, cited by 75% of AI users.
  • Marketing tasks are a leading application for AI. Fifty-six percent of REALTORS® use AI to create social media posts, helping streamline marketing efforts.
  • Communication workflows are increasingly automated. Fifty-two percent of REALTORS® use AI to draft emails and follow-up communications.
  • Technology adoption continues to support business efficiency. REALTORS® are leveraging both traditional technology tools and AI-powered solutions to streamline daily operations and enhance client service.
