Brokers/Agents: SentriLock contracts with local REALTOR® Associations or MLSs to provide its products and services to REALTORS®. You can purchase lockboxes through your local Association or MLS, who can then authorize you to use the SentriKey® Real Estate app, which allows you to manage your lockbox inventory, generate secure One Day Codes for access to your lockboxes, view access logs, and control your personal settings related to lockbox features and more.

Agent Safety

The SentriKey® Real Estate app includes the Agent Safety feature that enables REALTORS® to alert predetermined emergency contacts if an unexpected or potentially dangerous situation develops while showing a home to prospective buyers.

How it works: When using the app to open a lockbox, the Agent Safety feature will launch. After a set time (approximately 90 seconds, or as determined by the agent), the app will prompt for a status update and will alert your designated emergency contacts if you do not or cannot confirm you are safe.
