NAR Advocacy has launched a new online resource designed to help REALTOR® members register to vote, verify their registration status, learn about upcoming elections and access election-related information.

The new site is part of NAR’s ongoing effort to encourage civic engagement and ensure its members have the information they need to participate in the political process.

The launch comes as NAR members continue to outpace the general public in civic participation. According to NAR data, approximately 87% of the nearly 1.2 million REALTORS® that were registered to vote were voters in the 2024 presidential election. By comparison, U.S. Census Bureau data found that 65.3% of the citizen voting-age population cast a ballot in the 2024 election, while 73.6% were registered to vote.

“Voting is one of the most important ways NAR members can make their voices heard,” says Shannon McGahn, NAR executive vice president and chief advocacy officer. “Decisions made at every level of government affect housing affordability, property rights and the future of homeownership. When our members participate in the political process, they help ensure that real estate issues remain front and center for policymakers.”

The site also includes an interactive map that displays the voter registration and election turnout rates for NAR members by state for the 2024 general and primary elections. At launch, Michigan REALTORS® currently leads state associations for voter registration with 89% of members registered.

The website serves as a centralized hub for voter resources and reflects NAR Advocacy’s broader mission of expanding member engagement in advocacy and public policy.

The launch of realtorparty.realtor/vote builds on that commitment by making it easier for members to participate in elections and stay informed about issues that impact property ownership, housing opportunities and the future of America’s communities.

Make sure you’re #VoteReady for the 2026 General Election!
