T. Teresa Belmore, AHWD, Certified in Investment and Commercial Sales (CIREC), is a seasoned commercial real estate professional and leader with more than three decades of industry experience. A commercial practitioner with Keller Williams Realty Group – Commercial Division in Scarsdale, N.Y., Belmore has built an extensive record of commercial leadership at the local, state and national levels.
Belmore has served as both chair and vice chair of NAR's Commercial Leadership Forum, as well as on NAR's Commercial Committee and Commercial Editorial Advisory Board.
She also contributed to CREATE Magazine, now NAR REALTOR® News Commercial Insights, including a 2024 profile of Eon Nichols, Esq., partner at Cuddy & Feder LLP of Westchester County, N.Y., highlighting how commercial real estate professionals can leverage innovative development strategies, public-private collaboration and a strong understanding of economic incentives to help advance development.
In New York, Belmore served as both chair and vice chair of the New York State Association of REALTORS®' Commercial Issues Working Group and has served on the Executive Committees of both NYSAR and the Hudson Gateway Association of REALTORS® (HGAR). She currently serves on the NYSCAR Board of Governors and chairs the NYSAR Leadership Academy Advisory Board.
Belmore is the founder and Chair of Women in Commercial Real Estate (WICRE), established in 2019 to advance commercial real estate education, collaboration and professional opportunities. Across these roles, Belmore brings practical industry experience and a commitment to strengthening the voice, leadership and future of commercial real estate.
Through WICRE, she has created programming designed to elevate commercial real estate education, expand professional networks and provide greater visibility and opportunities for women and other professionals seeking to grow within the commercial sector. Under her leadership, WICRE has convened industry experts and thought leaders for programs addressing zoning, development, diversity and inclusion, technology and other issues shaping today's commercial marketplace.
Across her service with NAR, NYSAR, NYSCAR and HGAR, Belmore has consistently brought a commercial practitioner's perspective to REALTOR® leadership and governance. Her progression from committee member to vice chair, chair and executive leadership reflects a commitment not simply to serving the industry, but to helping shape its future.
