Innovative Programs and Partnerships to Rebuild Communities

During the NAR 2010 Annual Conference and Expo, the Housing Opportunity Forum examined innovative programs and partnerships to rebuild communities by leveraging Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) funds. The Forum provided an overview of NSP, a discussion of implementing green building standards into stabilization efforts and ways to help individuals transition into rental and new homeownership opportunities.
