Nadia is principal economist and director of real estate at the National Association of REALTORS®, where she leads national and local market intelligence across both residential and commercial real estate sectors. She specializes in identifying emerging trends across local markets and translating complex economic developments into actionable insights for REALTORS® nationwide.

Her work focuses on housing affordability, demographic and migration shifts, and the evolving supply-demand dynamics shaping U.S. real estate markets. She also conducts analysis on federal, state, and local policy issues and evaluates how legislative and regulatory changes may affect real estate markets and homeownership.

Her analysis is regularly featured in major media outlets, where she provides commentary on real estate market conditions and housing policy.

Nadia holds a master’s degree in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University, along with advanced degrees in International Economics and Public Administration.
