Michelle Czekalski Bradley, GAA, AHWD, C2EX, PSA, GRI, SRA, CDEI, MNAA, is a third-generation real estate professional who specializes in the appraisal discipline. She's chief appraiser at Czekalski Real Estate Inc., Natrona Heights, Pa., a family-owned firm founded by her grandmother in 1963. A practitioner for more than 37 years, Bradley is former chair of the Appraisal Standards Board, the national board responsible for setting the standards that apply to appraisal practice across all disciplines.
