I’m not only a salesperson for my clients, I’m also their data visualizer, personal assistant, fill-in babysitter, problem solver, and friend. Some of my clients initially feel that they aren’t ready to take the step toward home ownership. I also have clients who have previously lost homes. I educate them about the loan products available today and the tax benefits of home ownership, which gives them confidence to make a financial decision they will greatly benefit from. It’s such a wonderful feeling to find a client a home that they thought they would never be able to buy.
