Rebekah Eaton, 29, works with $100,000 buyers and $600,000 buyers. She doesn’t care how much they are able to spend on a house. “My motivation has never been money,” she says. After she got her license at age 19, she took her first client to look at about 100 homes. “She taught me to be patient, dedicated, and persistent. When the buyer finally found the perfect home, I could see it in her eyes,” Eaton says. That’s when she knew she’d found both a career and a passion. Today, her goal is to make one small improvement in her business every day. Instead of cold-calling leads, she says, she calls folks in her database. “I put extreme attention into personally contacting each of my past clients, business network, and sphere of influence as often as possible.”
