I work with home buyers and sellers, and do a good bit with relocation clients. I also work with a local developer and just finished selling all the lots in our first development. I am looking forward to developing that niche — we just closed on land that will become our second project. My mentor was an older, experienced agent. She brought me on as co-listing agent with a builder. It was an invaluable opportunity to learn the ins and outs of new construction. I don’t think I would be where I am now without her help.
