Shaking Up the Commercial Space
At her core, Karley Chynces, 27, is a businesswoman. Proper data and organization propel her forward in the commercial space. Her talent for getting work done and addressing the facts with her clients make her an easy choice for companies who want to secure multimillion-dollar properties in Miami.
Chynces also understands the importance of her network, especially in the commercial space. A Miami native, she’s spent her entire life positioning herself among the city’s movers and shakers, which translates into huge benefits for her clients, she says. When the time comes to get something done for a client—digging up zoning information, for example—Chynces already knows whom to call. “Anybody can learn the comps or know a property, but relationships take years to build,” she says.
Even though she’s well on her way, Chynces says she’s in no rush to become the next big thing in commercial real estate in one of the country’s most vibrant cities. She’s taking a long-term, methodical approach to building her business. “I’ve never really been in a hurry,” she says. “I’m taking my time—but I’m not wasting it. I know that your network is really the core of your business at the end of the day, and I’m just getting started.”
