VanEman has the confidence of someone who’s learned her trade over a lifetime; in fact, she started going on listing appointments with her mother at the age of five. "I liked the idea of working hard and being able to reap the benefits of that," she says. After college VanEman worked in New York for more than a year in leasing and then sales but moved back to Mankato in 2009 to team up with her mom. Over the years she has honed her craft, adding social media components to the company’s marketing and creating a 30-minute call-back guarantee for her clients.
