The plaintiff is a publisher of a real estate advertising magazine. The defendants are a corporation and its shareholders. The corporation was formed to publish and distribute a real estate advertising publication. Plaintiff claims that, with certain limited exceptions, the shareholders agreed not to publish advertising in other publications, and that they prohibited their sales associates from advertising elsewhere, in violation of Federal antitrust laws. This case was settled by a confidential agreement between the parties, and dismissed.
