Kristy Hairston (ePRO®, SFR®, C2EX) is an accomplished real estate executive with a passion for empowering others to excel. Licensed since 2007, Kristy began her career during the financial recession. “Practicing real estate during that tough time taught me the mindset and skills needed to grow a real estate business in any market shift,” she says.
Kristy owes her real estate success to proactive customer service, solution-focused creativity, and discipline.
Coaching will always be Kristy’s passion. She has the privilege of adding value in the industry through professional roles such as coach, managing broker and, most recently, regional vice president for Compass MidStates, which serves Kansas, Missouri, and Tennessee. She also authored Real Estate Tech Reboot in 2020, to help real estate professionals navigate the ever-changing world of technology.
Kristy advocates for and believes strongly in volunteering at the local, state, and national levels. Kristy was honored to be voted Tennessee REALTORS®’ 2018 Educator of the Year. She also served as 2020 president of the Greater Nashville REALTORS®. In 2023, she was NAR's RPAC Fundraising Liaison.
Kristy volunteers within her local community by serving as board chair for the Northwest YMCA and executive board member for Habitat for Humanity Nashville. She served on the 2022 Participatory Budgeting Committee for North Nashville. She is also a member of Cable, a professional women’s network in Tennessee, and Rotary Nashville.
